Water Revitalizer

This device is manufactured in Germany by Medical Electronics and is used to restructure water. Magnetic fields and light (some combination of red, blue and green) can be added to the water while a magnetic spins the water to create a vortex.  The water can then be taken internally or used to water plants.  Some people tell me that it makes the water taste better.
